View Full Version : Nth Tummy Tucker for Rubicon
I just got my Tummy Tucker from a distributor in montreal. I own a Rubicon with automatic transmission and I did not have the installation paper for my Tummy Tucker. While searching over the net for the PDF file I found pictures of the Tummy for the Rubicon... My problem is... I'm not sure I got the good Tummy Tucker... I read that the main YJ/TJ version has only 1.25

??? Did you accidentally hit 'submit' before finishing? Guessing from what you did write: The 1.25" drop for the main part of the middle of the TT is correct. They made a small number of totally-flat ones early on many years ago, but you can't find/get/buy those anymore. For your Rubicon, the skid should also have a small 'sump' that's in the left-rear corner of the 1.25" lowered area - this is to clear your larger Rock-Trac t-case. Also since your Jeep's an auto, it should have a cut-out front edge with a second cross-rib on the top side a few inches back from the front...hope that helps! If you didn't find the right instructions, let me know and I'll dig them up from my install...
