I'm interested in purchasing the rear tire carrier but would like to see some photos. Specifically, I'm hoping to see photos without the top on to see how the accessory mast looks when there's no top next to it. I have 35" MTRs and I'm concerned the mast (with IPF reverse light) will look funny that high above the tire. I realize it's cold out this time of year, but does anyone have some photos they can post? I'd really like to see side and rear views. Thanks!

Here is the only one I could find and it doesn't really answer your question, but the mast seems to disappear if you're not using it and if you are it looks pretty good.

Thanks Dave. Looks great at that angle. Those tires look like they might be 35s too, but hard to tell with that angle/lens. Love what you do for the industry.

Thanks!

Those are actually 37s but the lens is obviously pretty wide. I'll look again over the weekend to see if I have any better pics with no top.

Dave-
It looks like there's a brake light that's been mounted low and to the right of the wheel carrier. Is that standard for the rear bumper or an add-on (one of yours)?

For our brothers across the pond that are required to have the red fog lamp. Look at a Euro spec JK factory rear bumper and you'll see why

Yep, its a rear fog lamp, and yes the holes are there in all the bumpers, but they are hidden under the traction pad for the 95% of areas that do not require it.

Still fishing for pictures here. Anyone out there yet with 35s mounted on the rear tire carrier who can post some pics with the top off? Thanks!

Anyone out there with pictures of their Jeep with the rear tire carrier while the top is off? I posted this thread some time ago but (at that time) fewer of you had the bumper and the weather has been pretty lousy for most. I still need to order mine and hoped to see how the accessory mast looks when there is no top on the vehicle. If any of you have a picture you can post with the top off, I'd really appreciste seeing how it looks. I'd like to see your Jeep, looking from the side or at an angle, looking back at the back side of the mast. Thanks!

The mast sticks up above my 35s about 4 inches. Looks fine with the top off. Don't really notice it. I'll try to post some pictures tonight. The carrier and bumper are such a great addition that the mast simply adds to the conversation. It's just a great set up.

How about now? Anyone out there enjoying the weather (and new rear tire carrier) with the hardtop off? I'm fishing for pictures of the rear tire carrier as it looks on the Jeep without the top on. Specifically, I want to see how the accessory mast looks from the side and a view looking back (from the front of the vehicle).

Any postings would be appreciated. Thanks!

I'm not sure if this worked. I wrestle with attachments on this forum every time I try.

I have 35s. Top of mast (bottom of light) is about 2 1/2 inches above tire.

Had to close garage door to stop glare from sun. Sorry pic is a little dark.

Thank you! I really appreciate your post as I have 35s on mine and this shows me what to expect. Your Jeep looks great.
