What is the best psi to run the new 37" KM2s at?

The best would be about 30, but the feds don't think so...you can sometimes go as low as 33 or 34 without setting off the TPMS in your Jeep. Because they require 37 psi technically, they tend to catch ruts in the road surface much easier.

How are the 37" tires doing for most. I have seen lots of jeeps with issues. I think the automatic is not strong enough for most 37" application. What have yall seen. Thanks

As long as you regear, and recalibrate your speedometer it seems to be fine in the ones I have driven.

Hypertech has one out at the moment, and I know that AEV is working on on for the JK as well.

I run 37" KM2's on my Lj..Best tires I have ever owned on a Jeep!!!

I run 35 psi around town and I run 10-11 psi on the sharp rocks in AZ!

I dont quite get what your saying.... "they tend to catch ruts in the road surface much easier." At what PSI?

So is it better to run 30 or 37?

Check your PMs Dave. I sent you a few last week.

When you run higher than usual pressures (which 37psi certainly is for 37" tires on a Jeep) the tires tend to be arced across the load surface which will cause the tires to follow any sort of ruts in the road easier. It can make the Jeep feel darty compared to running at 30psi. I think 34 is about the limit to not get the TPMS message.

I am having a hard time finding 37x12.5/17 in the Dallas area. 4-6 week wait???

Can I buy them from you (AEV) mounted on the wheel (argent pintlers non bead locked) and have them shipped to Dallas?

Please let me know availability and cost to do this for 5 wheels and tires.

Thanks!

Mark
