How do you mount the AEV 3rd brake light on a bumper with a rear tire swing?

Depending on the tire carrier that you use. The AEV third brake light mounts between the wheel and carrier mount. The light has been configured to mount on many of the tire carriers available. Which tire carrier are you looking to purchase?

Are ther any photo's (up close with out spare in the way) of the third brake light and also the spare spacer that can be posted here ? Even instructions for install would help. They are NOT on the AEV site....

So you have to lengthen the wire and route it on the arm?

Are there instructions on this for use with the stock carrier?

Since I haven't gotten any response I will post up here how I did it. Since I used the stock tire carrier for now I cut off the third brake light that was on there. Then for wiring I had to connect the white wire from the AEV light to the black Jeep wire, and the black AEV light wire to the black with yellow strip wire. Seems backwards to me, but it is the only way it would work. I attached the wires by cutting off the clip that went into the stock third brake light, and then I soldered and heat shrank the wires. I still have the clip inside the door of the swing gate so in the future when I get a new bumper with tire carrier I should be able to reroute the wiring rather than having to redo it. Then I put the new brakelight on the tire carrier and slid the plastic piece over that that holds it into place (sort of) when the tire is off. I know this is worthless without pics of the finished result, but I am waiting for the paint to dry on the tire carrier so I can put it all back together.
