Rear Fender trim for 06 Hi line Body Kit

I have an 06 Rubicon Unlimited with an nth degree 2" lift & tummy tuck. I want to run 35" (or 315 x 16) tires without more lift & it looks like the hi line body kit is the anwser. What's involved in "trimming" the rear fender wells?

Do I need any other mods?

They have the instructions posted on their website for the full highline install. It appears that for the rear with 35" tiresit is only minor trimming that could be done with a cut off wheel, and then using touch up paint or something similar to inhibit corrosion.
