RHD and a Hemi

Can the 5.7 conversion be done to the factory RHD TJs? Any drawbacks to the RHD donor?

I'm sure it could be done, but when I looked at it for my RHD, it would have required the powertrain to be offset pretty far to the left which I found unsatisfactory. If you were going to replace the axles with custom units, it would be no issue.
