This may be an early question but ....

How does one go about getting on the list for the AEV trail run at EJS? I do not have an AEV built jeep, however all the major parts on my Jeep are AEV. I think it'd be a great experience to run a trail with a bunch of AEV equipped rigs.

So I know it's been announced, clarified, and spots reserved...

So how else is going on the AEV trail ride at EJS MOAB??

My son and I will be attending and as it's both our first time in MOAB, I can't be happier to run a trail with AEV and its Addicts like myself..
Hell, I think I may have been the first to jump on the list (at least I like to think so..)

Revive the thread...

My Dad and I tried to get on the run but were told it was "full" when I called a couple of weeks ago. Highly disappointed. I was assured last year that I would be included this year. I have been following up since about once a month and heard nothing until it was full... Okay, I'm done complaining. There are a lot of fun runs with lots of friends during EJS.

Thanks for the comments, posting another 120 tonight..
> more of our vacation but somemore of the concept vehicles and the vendor showcases...

It was awesome on AEVs part, espically for the invite, the trail ride and the get-together afterward..

Was there any talk about what might be new to the AEV lineup? BTW, cool pics!

Not that I was in the loop when discussing NEW products,
but::
I did see the high lift mount (said they were still making another change)
I seen the 2dr diesel (drool)
I seen the AEV roof rack (very slick)
I didn't get to look at the driveshafts underneath (totally forgot)
I seen the new gauges, and seats and build plate

Other than that I really didnt ask many questions about new products, just drooled all over the place..

I guess thats really not much help, sorry...

You had a good picture of one of the AEV SEMA Jeeps with the new roof rack on it.

Again, thanks for the pics. Maybe I can get there next year.

Any info helps. If Dave and the guys are still tweaking the hi-lift mount, explains why it hasn't been available since the preview at SEMA. I've seen a couple pic's of the dash gauges, how do they look up close in the Jeep?

Ha! Ha! Talking to Dave or Chris about new products is like talking to Chrysler..."...we can't discuss future products..." ;)

If the product is not on this web page or going to dealers, it's not yet ready for prime time. That's why they go to SEMA and Moab, customer reaction and real world product testing.

Gauges:
The gauges look FACTORY but with a step above an functional! In my opinion that is what makes AEV a top-notch Co.
They are very clean and simple, no frills BS and adds a great touch..

Dont know if they would fit an 08 (mine), but if they could I would upgrade.

Roof Rack:
Supposed to be avail this summer (rumor mill).
Its insanely clean and well thought out! From what I seen, it mounts through the roof to the two rear bars with trick mounts, and again mounts by the speaker bar so the use of the two front panels is available..

Again my two cents.

Yep! Agree with you completely. That's what sets AEV above the rest.
