Will Dual Force winch fit on AEV bumper?

I read on another forum that the Dual Force winch won't work the AEV front bumper. Is this true? I was thinking about buying both unless the winch won't work with the AEV bumper. If it doesn't fit with an AEV bumper what is AEV suggesting?

AEV has suggested almost any 9500 lbs winch other than the Dual Force. You can make the dual force fit if you insist on it, but it will require modifiying the winch bracket and offsetting the winch so it is no longer in the center of the bumper.

The one AEV uses is the Warn 9.5 TI, but the 9.5 XP and SI should also fit with no issues.
