Partial conversion

Hello,
I was wondering if anyone knows of a Hemi (5.7) jeep that has a manual transmission. I would like to do the conversion and from what I can find AEV is the only place with the correct wiring and mounting capabilities. I would like to have the NP435 transmission (should bolt right on to a dodge engine) behind the engine, even if it means cuttin up the floor a little. Any help on this would be greatly appreciated, especially from the guys at AEV. I understand that AEV only does the auto transmission, been through this site inside and out looking for info. Would AEV be willing to only install the engine, radiator, exhaust...etc. minus the transmission and transfer case?

I have a 2000TJ with a 5.7 Hemi, NV4500, and a stak 3 speed.

Burnsville Offroad did the install of the Hemi, I had the transmission and T-case in already (everything works). They replaced the transmission mainshaft, bellhousing, clutch, slave cylinder, and moved everything around to fit.
