even if they did offer it without the hood, how are you planning on making it work with the stock hood?

save up your money, doing it piece-meal is going cost you a lot more in the long run than saving up to do it right once (IMHO)

I believe you can buy it separate. I think AEV refers to them as "crash parts".Seen several where folks have trimmed their factory hoods to work.
