Sorry Jared but you're out of luck...mostly. The '03-04 TJ 4cyl. manuals use the NV1500 transmission...which is the ONLY place it's ever been used. Since the number of them out there is so low, Nth never developed a trans bracket to fit your trans. The main TT skid will fit fine, but to complete the install you would need to either modify a trans bracket meant for another manual (i.e. the 4.0L trannies), or make your own from scratch...either way you'd be on your own...we couldn't provide any tech help for that project. If you decide to go for it, I would recommend you start with p/n Nth14020 and modify the trans mount that comes for the NV3550 in that kit.

Well I bit the bullet. I bought my tt from quadratec last week. It arrives in 2 days!!!!
I'm going to Document the mods to make it fit properly, for all of us other 5spd 03-04 2.4 guys.

So I finally got enough time on Sunday to start the install of my nth tt, only took me 7 months. Anyway the install went really smooth. Everything bolted right up...
Except for the 2 rubber mounts, they were way off. The two options I seen were modding the trans bracket (difficult) or marking new locations and drilling and countersinking new trans mount holes (less difficult)
I was able to relocate the holes for the mounts. Had to drill one on the driver, 2 on the passenger.
The best method I found to mark the new locations is to install the tt all the way to finish like in the directions leaving the mounts loose and able to somewhat loosely move but sit on the tt when bolted up to the frame. Use a flashlight and a scribe to trace the front of the rubber mounts on the top side of installed tt. That way you just remove skid and 1 rubber mount and then use it to mark the location if the holes. Drill it and counter sink holes.
I am going to fill the left over holes with a hard epoxy or something just to avoid any potential hangups.
Pics to come eventually.

First drive - it has more vibration at idle, but no driveline vibration that I can tell. Clearance was fine, no issues with the shifter.
And best of all 14" clearance at the lowest point, and 15" at the highest.
8" of clearance was stock with 215s, it's on 35's now with 0" lift and had 12" with the stock skid. Now it has 14 3/4" front 15" on the passenger rear and 14" on drivers rear of the skid.
