Brute Bed Rack - How to fab it

I know that AEV didn't end up marketing these things. They look amazing, though. I can picture one with roll-down sides to keep my Danes dry in the rain/snow.

Would it be possible to get any specs available so I can fabricate one?

Good luck on trying to get anything on those, they're an in house build only at AEV in MI, very nice though.

we're about to make our version which will be very similar in general shape (as I really like that look) but with a removable top rack basket system and completely covered canopy with roll up/down sides and back.
I'll be sure to post pics once she's done, we're just CNC Bending the main hoops at the moment.

OH, ours is in HD alloy as well :)

I've been tempted to do exactly the same thing. Just never gotten around to it. Now I'm hoping I can talk AEV into doing this for the JK Brute when they build mine. :)

Well it's official.. I've joined the Brute club.

There's a guy in the shop across from my brother's shop who does race car frame fabrication.. I'm gonna get a quote from him on just bending some tube for me.

Aluminum would be nice for the weight, but I like that powder-coat black look.

Can't wait for your pictures! If you don't mind, I can use them as reference for getting mine fab'd.
