TJ Front bumpers

A friend of mine wants to put the Mopar bumpers (the ones AEV invented) from my TJ onto his YJ. Is this possible or are the frames to different?

they might bolt right up on a yj, or be really close. i am not sure on the cj.

the front shackles are really close and might interfere

I'm pretty sure the holes in the frame horns are different. I think it would probably work though if you weren't opposed to drilling a couple holes. Hard to say with out some measurements.
