yj brute?

I was just wondering if anyone out there would know if the brute frame extensions would work on a yj frame. Im looking to stretch mine and if this would work, it would make things a lot easier. I know the rear leaf spring mounts would be affected and need to be relocated, and that the arch above the rear axle is more on a tj. Could it be done and would it work? Thanks
