The fronts now rub a little at full flex and the rears need more trimming due to the new tires. I trimmed them when the tires were 50%

I have a 05 LJ Rubi with Poison Spyder Ricochet Rockers and am about to pull the trigger on the Highline Kit. My question: What did you need to do to your rockers to acomodate the AEV kit? I am planning on running at least 37's. I currently have a rubicon express 5.5 long arm.
Any help you could give would be greatly appreciated.

Ps. nice rig

Forgot to ask one more ?, what backspace are you running on your wheels? It looks perfect. Does it rub anything, if so what did you do to correct it, i.e., steering stops etc. Thanks!

My wheels are 4.5" BS and I had to run spacers on the front 1.25 from Tera flex since my tires were hitting the frame. I am likely going to add Nth 3" springs to get the front up a bit and since the Rancho springs are not made for a heavy LJ.

It looks excellent and appears to perform as well. BS, offset, etc. are all so speculative and such a "crystal ball" type question with so many factors to consider. I appreciate you taking the time to pass on that info I have been wheeling for 12 years, built numerous rigs, and had a very difficult time trying to research appropriate offset for highline to achieve the same look / performance you have.
After seeing yours posted it is very much the look / performance I was looking for. I went to Qtec to order wheels and came across a new AEV wheel, Savegre. (I posted up a new thread on this board for ship date b/c they show Backorder awaiting factory supply) I ordered a set so I am going to leave it up to AEV to set up my offset. Hopefully with 37's the Savegre will work without too much rubbing. I'm on 5 on 5.5.
I am still on jackstands in the garage but just in case you haven't looked into OME springs I ordered a set of the HD springs ZJ on the front, and LJ HD on the rear. A friend of mine is running them on his LJ and really likes them. He is into trekking and loads his jeep down and they do pretty good. Just FYI. I am going to try and run those springs with 37" pro comps, Currie 4" bumpstops, highline, and no BL. We'll see what happens.
Thanks again.

I am likely going with the Nth 3" spring as its made for my heavy Jeep Vs the 2.5" rancho rockcrawlers I have now which I believe do not help my situation.
Now if Dave will make me a deal on them springs;)

Ok some facts behind the idea here:I upgraded to a cj tailgate which left me with 3/16" armor with slots for the TJ door hinges in which I do not use anymore. The idea was to fill them in and paint them to match.

Just finished up a few projects today. Had a custom made cb antenna mount made and new custom exhaust. I previously ripped off twice now, this time had it routed higher and shorter. I also installed a Die hard platinum battery (from Sears) same as the Odyssey.

I just installed the 3" NTH springs last night, corners better handles the bumps in the rd. Seems that it really lifted the rear over my old 2.5" springs about 4" and the front 1 1/2". Feels like a inch at the door at most and now sits level.

The LJ platform is by far my favorite. I've owned 4 CJ-7's, 1 CJ-5, 2 TJ Rubicon SWB, 1 LJ Rubicon, and now my JK 4dr Diesel....
The LJ has been my favorite, from an all around standpoint. The JK Diesel is ridiculously cool/powerful/and unique, but I've pondered selling it as of late, and going back to an LJ.
Just a thought......
This was my LJ:

I think with a HL you would be more than fine. I really like the Nth springs, the Jeep drives so much better than it used to. I also just bought a new OME steering stabilzer and did a write up on it. www.jptrails.com

I love the Highline kit. I would go with the 4.5" springs if it were me, but that's coming from a "look" preference. All of your LJs w/ highline kits look great.

From what I have seen and the specs looks like the line speed is just slower on the VR(s). I went with the standard M8000. The extra money was worth the line speed especially since I picked mine up for $530 shipped w/ no sales tax.
On top of that they are offering hte $80 off right now as well. $450 out the door for an M8000 was just too good to pass up.

I've thought about losing the lights I would have to lose or replace the skins that hold the lights on...hard to see in the pics. I have always liked the look but the lights simply suck..lots of glare inside the cab. Maybe I will sell them...
