my TPMS Sensor keeps going off after about 10 minutes of freeway driving. I had the AEV nonbeaded 17" wheels and bf goodrich tires installed. the dealer can't figure out the problem and AEV says they've never seen this problem. all tires are properly inflated. anyone else seen this problem. Jeep annapolis says they will check with chrysler and get back to me. they have already had my rubicon that was modded my aev for 2 days and i took it back because i needed it for transportation.

What PSI are you running? Is the light blinking because if it is blinking and not a solid light it will most likely be the spare.

i have all tires at 38 psi including the spare. the light stays on as a solid light after about 10 minutes of freeway driving. it does not come on at all in city driving at lower speeds.

One of your sensors is bad and needs to be replaced then, the only problem is that I don't think there is a way to diagnose each sensor indivudually so it would probably be easier to replace all of them.
