NOTE to self- just order a custom Jeep from AEV next time.:o

Looks good, I definitely like the look better than when you had the ARB bumper. What did you use to paint the stainless mesh in the front bumper? Also how do the Light Force lights you used to have compare to the IPF lights?

I used some special satin black spray paint the guy at the body shop gave me. Nothing too special.

The lightforces were nice, bright as a MF'er. I have not been out at night in the IPF's. Cosmetically I like the IPF's with the AEV bumper.

The Jeep looks like it sits nice and level. If those are 35's, which lift kit or springs did you use? I'd like to hear your feedback on your setup.

Nice JK!

Thanks,
Jeff

I did not like the set up visually anymore. If I kept the rear it would not flow right, plus I had Linex on the ARB's.

Thanks. I am running an OME HD on 35's with a 1" Teraflex coil spacer in the front. It works great BUT I am going to swap it out at xmas to do 37's and a AEV 4" lift. BIGGER Baby!

That looks great. Anyone know why AEV changed the design of the front bumper's mesh grill?

Sharp observation... I liked it when the bumper matched the hood - it was a nice touch.

I have seen them both ways recently, and was curious if this was a design change, or if there was an option to put the nesh in front of or behind the structure. All of the pictures of the bumper in the install instructions, and under the product section do not show this extra material.

the nth kits come with bilstein shocks and it looks like you have emus, why did you got this route? did you just have someone install this stuff?

He is still waiting for the 4" nTh kit so he can run 37" tires. At the moment he is just running the OME kit.

I am not sure why I went with Emu's to be totally honest. I like them I have the HD's.. I had some help with the lift, but all the other stuff I did.

I would like to go to a 4" lift and 37's at some point.

I really like the ride of the EMUs but every Jeep that ive seen with them has always had atleast one leaking.

I love that hood and am REALLY thinking about getting one already....

I have my lift and AEV wheels going on in the next week or two and
am just trying to decide what to do for a winchless bumper that still have
built in fogs and tabs on top for lights. I wish i could afford the AEV bumper
but its just out of my budget this Jeep.
