2005 TJ Programmer

What is the best programmer available to recalibrate the speedometer for the 2005 TJs? I like the idea of using something like the Hypertech Max Energy, however I have been in contact with their tech support and they do not offer anything for 05-06, nor do they have any timeframe when they will have something. I will need something with the ability to calibrate based on tire / gear changes and a little extra power without comprimising durability would be nice.

The ones I've done i have spent $20 and had the local dealer tech recal through the Chrysler scantool.
