2WD donor truck OK for conversion?

I'm looking for a 5.7 engine/tranny changeover for my TJ. I found a decent one in a 2004 2WD Dodge pickup.

Will this work OK for the conversion...can my Rubicon t-case just bolt up to the 5-45RFE transmission from the 2WD truck? Or do I need to get the changeover from a 4x4 truck?

You'll need to buy the 4wd adapter from Mopar, but other than that, 2WDs are fine for donors.

Thanks Dave! I was hoping that was the case...I hoped a new tailshaft housing was all I'd need. Appreciate the help.
