It's for the center cap and yellow decal.

I have a full set of 5 yellow center caps available, if you're interested. I swapped mine out for Black on my Black Pintlers. PM me an offer if interested. They're almost brand new. They were only on the wheels for about a week or two.

I just went through this with two of mine where the logos had fallen off. The new center caps were too large in diameter and wouldn't fit in the wheels. I had already placed the logos to the caps and was stuck, so I had to grind the outer diameter down to get them in.

In retrospect I should have placed the new logos onto the old centercaps
