    AEV CHMSL 3rd Brake Light

Does this light work with the Saverge wheels? Is there anything more needed to make it work that the kit does not include?

Yes, it works with the wheels. You'll need to cut the wire off the stock CHMSL.

                          Question.

Is this light plug and play? Do you have to splice or cut the existing wiring to hook it up or does it literally just replace the existing 3rd brake light?

You have to splice into the existing wiring. Another option would be to do a Deutsch connector, which would probably be the best way to go, and the way I will redo this when I get a new rear bumper.

I simply spliced the wires together, soldered them (butane iron) and then used heat shrink. A connector is a good idea if you think you will be removing it often.
