For your consideration is a 2004 Jeep LJ unlimited built for the 2005 SEMA show. A lot of vehicles are built for SEMA but this was specifically built for Jeep. There is a DVD you can still buy called “The Road to Iceland” documenting the build of this Jeep and a Commander for an Iceland expedition. To my knowledge this is the only early AEV build that’s documented in a movie. It was the very first Jeep to be built with an AEV highline kit. It has a Hemi, 545rfe transmission, 241 rubicon transfer case, Dana 44s front and rear, Nth degree tummy tucker, Nth degree differential skids, Nth coil springs, big dual piston brake kit with big master cylinder, upgraded steering, a brand new CTI winch with masterpull synthetic line, epic warn hook, AEV fairlead and hook isolator, mopar bumpers, pre production AEV rocksliders, best top tire carrier, AEV TJ wheels, 35” tires, genright extended range fuel tank, and a really great Outback table on the tailgate. Currently the Jeep is showing 25,242 miles. The interior is absurdly clean. Rust free solid Jeep. Of course the original livery is gone from the Iceland expedition as well as the prototype hardtop -still a very neat piece of early AEV milestones. Dave even left his initials on the skid plate...
