  • TJ Frame extension kit?

Any chance there are any of the frame extension or cab kits sitting on a shelf somewhere? I really would love to build a TJ Brute with an aluminum flatbed!

Rubitrux might have a hardtop available. It’s been well over a year since I saw any of the other parts you want for sale. I have Brute instructions I can dig up. I think all the dimensions are printed on them. The cab closeout would be the most difficult part to fabricate and it’s really not that hard to do.

Thanks guys! I have wanted a TJ Brute since the concept released. I don’t want/need the hard top. I drive with my windshield down year round. If I can’t find any parts, I hope to find the frame piece dimensions.

ID:	264975 Here is a start for frame dimensions. It’s a 15 inch stretch at the center. I have a set of frame jigs from AEV. I am in Northern California if you are close you can barrow them. I would plan on adding additional frame support down each side helps in reducing chassis flex.

Thank you again Ben and Mike! I will see if I can find the rear frame/rear winch mount dimensions and pictures somewhere. Also, what are the dimensions/weight on the frame jigs? I am located in the US Virgin Islands, and would pay shipping both ways. It will be a few months before I get started on this project!

Be careful Portal-Brute when Ben says to check your inbox. He has a habit of sending unrequested nudes. One time he sent me this one below!!

G'day! Portal-brute were you ever able to find the rear frame and rear winch mount dimensions? My TJ is eying me suspiciously through the window.
                  Thanks!
