  • 2 Door JK Photos

Over the last several years I have been researching every lift kit and wheel combo I could find. Very little info on this combo on a 2 door JK. So I decided to make this new thread so that others could see what the 3.5" SC kit and 35" BFG MT's looks like on a 2 door.

I'd love others to post pics of their modded 2 door JK's. Most of the pics on the internet are of four door JK's.

    Thanks,
    Kevin

I love the wakeboard bracket / MaxTrax mount; ingenious idea. I just can't bring myself to pay Maxtrax what they want for those things.

Smittybilt recently came out with a knock-off product at about half the price of the Maxtrax. http://www.smittybilt.com/product/index/166.htm I have no idea how it compare in quality.

Here's my 2007...yes the wheels and tires are small; this was my year for the lift, hood, snorkel, skids & other stuff. Next year I'll do the rubber and sliders.

Glad to see pics of two doors, hopefully more people will submit them. When I was looking to build mine, I scoured the internet for 2dr AEV pics, and they were tough to find. Love the silver jeep, it looks great!

Zaid--Very nice build. As long as we're spending your money, let me add a few things to the wish list:
AEV rear diff. slider skid plate.
                          Synergy front drive shaft.
Synergy Chromoly tie rod and steering stabilizer bracket.
                          Mean Green high ouput alternator.

I'm sure that there might be other suggestions from the forum as well.
