  • AEV 3.5" RS Lift with 37s?

Anyone have a JK with the 3.5" RS lift and 37s? I have seen several people run them with 37s using the 4.5 bumpstops, but I can't tell if anything else was done or if there were any problem with rubbing.

I have a 2012 2dr MW3 with 35s mounted on Rock Monsters. Any feedback would be appreciated.

    Thanks

im running 37's on my 2dr. I also have bushwhacker flats and bumpstop block on the 4.5" setting. No problems at all with clearance.

Cool, that makes me feel better. Did you order your bumpstops directly from AEV? Any pics?

      Thanks!

the bumpstops come with the kit. They are the same for 3.5" or 4.5" lifts. You just flip the block to one side or the other for the respective lifts. Ill see if i can find a pic of the ol heep.

They have changed the design of the bump stops. There are two different versions, one for the 3.5" and one for the 4.5". Ask me how I know, lol.

Just did a 3.5 with 4.5 bump stops on a freinds 2dr and with 37's and stock flaires, worked fine but has since changed out to Nemesis flat flaires

Yeah, I just put mine on about 3 months ago, and there was only one way for mine to go on, but then again I might have missed something. It would be nice though if I didn't have to replace them!

I think I'm going to stick with stock flares for now, but I was definitely drooling over the Nemesis when I first saw them. If he has a thread with pics let me know, would like to see them!

                    Thanks

Thanks. I saw these when I ordered my 35s and 3.5" RS kit. Why I just didn't go directly with 37s is beyond me.

my bad...i had no clue they changed the blocks out. Im actually thinking of going back to stock flares and 35's if i keep the heep. I just had a new addition to the family last week so i need more room!
