It's an expedition one bumper on a tundra. Not sure if they ever made it. I think it was a one off for SEMA a few years ago.

Aluminess makes a bumper that is very similar for Ram trucks. Waiting for an AEV rear bumper though. And bed rack. And front bumper with full brush guard. What is the status, AEV?

I'm hoping for a bumper with corner steps.

Agreed. The corner steps would be a huge help.

Is the bumper going to be steel or aluminum?

A swing gate option would be awesome too, for folks that would rather not have the spare in the bed of the truck.

                  Wish list:
                  -swing out
                  -shovel/pull pal/hilift
-rear corner tube protection for sliding off things
                  -rear winch and recovery points

edit: and steel...I don't want to pay for Al

It has to be a swing out, have to get in my shell.
                      Steel sounds good to me.

How are people lifting the tire up to be secured on the carrier? Is my 60" high lift tall enough?

That's what the rear winch is for!

No seriously, 37" is max I would want to man handle into a bed alone, let alone a rack. Best way might be to (if no camper in bed and tail gate is still on), roll/lift tire to tail gate, then climb on tailgate and roll/lift onto tailgate swing out, maybe even with tailgate closed. Some hummers have hydraulic lifts for their 37" swing out tires:

Also this guy is slick, (I use coolers to get the same effect :-) ):

I am a senior citizen with injuries,so my man handling days are gone.
My shell has doors,so no tailgate.
I have a come along and I just bought Warn's drill powered winch. I was thinking,if I could lock the swing out in the out position, roll the tire in front of the swing out(on the outside) secure the winch to the receiver, and winch the tire up to be secured to the carrier.

                          The Hummer stuff is cool.

Anyone watch Ronny Dalh's channel? Note the position of the spare...I wonder how they get it there,I supect they use a winch and maybe a built in pulley like I have seen on pictures of unimogs.https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=bSKrEFcY-C4https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=bSKrEFcY-C4

i'm selling my current aev ram and wanting to build another, regular cab this time on 40's and i'm also wondering what current options are available i.e., ea on rear bumper and full coverage front bumper. the hood the switch pack for the center stack and anything else thats in the pipe line. i'm going all in on this truck as well and it would be nice to see some updated options for my second aev ram.
