Can't really tell from the picture, but that is a 36,000LB WLL shackle. You can kind of reference size from the hook behind it. At any rate, the only way it fits is through the loop.

RF2200 - what are your thoughts about the factor55 ultrahook for the 16.5Ti ?

I have 10T 1" shackles already and Factor55 says this fits perfectly between the rollers. Besides the cost any concerns?

First, the Factor 55 products are a great value for what you get. They are extremely well made and you get what you pay for.

One of the best things about Factor 55 is they actually test their products to failure, not to mention they make all of their products in the USA.

I can't officially recommend the Ultrahook for the 16.5ti since it is rated for 16,000LB and your winch is 16,500LB and the Ultrahook is rated for 3/8" rope and you have 7/16".

You are not going to be able to fit your 1" shackle pin in the closed opening on the Ultrahook. It is really built for 3/4" shackles and a smaller winch.

Unofficially, you will be able to fit your 7/16" rope on there and you probably won't have issues with the load capacity.

I would try and push you towards a synthetic winch line and a Factor 55 Splicer but you can do whatever you want. I would also choose the Flatlink XXL like socaladam over the Ultrahook as well. Not that either are necessary, but they are nice.

Where did you put the fill spout for the aux tank? Any pictures of where it's mounted?
