Looks sweet. Sucks that you have to run the emissions threw the bed.

I'm surprised y'all didn't run vertical pipes like tractors to free up a little more bed space.

This is a great build thread with lots of attention to detail. I've often thought a single cab short box Power Wagon would be the ultimate vehicle, and it's fun to see a CTD version being built.

Great looking combo, we are off the get some parts painted. Color matching the front bumper, rear bumper has been powdercoated black and will get the white paint treatment. Chrome and badging delete are in full effect, and we will be getting the AEV heat reduction hood painted as well. Fender flares are getting installed this week as well. Can't wait to see it with the 42's on.

It will be interesting to compare, we will have to get them out on a trail together. Hopefully in the snow.

just saw your you tube video for howitzer 2. The ATS turbo set looks like an amazing piece.

I'd be curious to see the final tally in dollars for all the parts added.

I love the fact that you actually keep all the emissions stuff in tact. My question is, even though everything is still in place, by using the different cam, larger injectors and also the compound turbo setup, will the actual emission values (NoX, CO2, etc) still be somewhat the same?

As for the total dollar value I think it's right around "All of them"

The list of parts picked were very specific, the Cam by itself caused everything to be cleaner and according to Hamilton cut down on the amount of regen's, the injectors would have the potential to cause everything to be dirtier except for the fact that the volume of air has now almost tripled over it's original design. We did the larger CP3 (which doesn't directly do anything if the need isn't there) was to insure that we always had full rail pressure for the best atomization of fuel. We are using tuning from ATS who has extensive research into their compound kit and are a couple months away from having an actual EO# for their tuning with the compound kit. The only difference from their kit and what we have is they will have a dual CP3 kit to keep the fuel volume up.

Time for some XL updates. Good ol' Howie is getting its flarage on. We are also taking the opportunity to get the bed painted white, getting the AEV heat reduction hood painted, the bumpers are being color matched and we are having 2" taken out of the rockers so our rock sliders don't sit any lower then the factory rockers. We are also removing the same amount out of the front of the bed section so that the rock sliders can be one continuous piece front to back tying into the frame and roll cage. It will be getting the remainder of the wiring done this next week and we should be able to see what it looks like with the 42's on. Still a bunch to do but can't wait. Also throwing in some other various build pics.
