Will there be any ZR2 stuff coming soon? Will they have their own forum?

The Colorado ZR2 AEV Concept was just that, only a concept. We don’t have any plans to produce parts at this time.

The aftermarket suck for those trucks. Owners are hungry!

I thought about getting one, even test drove it.

Too bad FCA won't bring back the Dakota!

Chevrolet on Thursday unveiled another off-road-focused pickup and it wears the Colorado ZR2 Bison name. Previewed by the Colorado ZR2 AEV concept unveiled at the 2017 SEMA show, the Colorado ZR2 Bison starts off as a run-of-the-mill Colorado ZR2, an already credible off-roader, and builds upon this with extra protective gear to make the mid-size pickup...

Now it has been spotted testing.

Last year at SEMA, we saw a fairly radical Chevy Colorado ZR2 concept from American Expedition Vehicles (AEV). The already capable pickup had been fitted with a ton of gear for serious off-roading, including an upgraded suspension, 35-inch BFGoodrich Mud-Terrain tires, skid plates, a snorkel and a winch. We were in love. Then Chevrolet trademarked the "ZR2 Bison" name (AEV uses a bison in its logo), which had us hoping for a production version of the SEMA concept. Now, our spy shooters have caug

It is really a testament to AEV when the OEM tests their vehicles and parts to make the business case for the AEV concepts.

I think the next big question is, will AEV make a Dual Sport Suspension kit for the Colorado? I mean, at least that's my next question now

My thoughts, I doubt it, not for a while anyways, based on the concept and I believe Chevy Performance recently made public the fall release of the extended travel Multimatic shocks that could likely be installed on all Colorado’s. Not to say it wouldn’t be cool if AEV did come out with their own suspension line. I previously had a JK and now have a ZR2.

I can’t wait for the release of their bumpers!

I assume the rumored Bison from Chevy will come from the factory with these parts and potentially the upgraded suspension
